Please turn off your virus software before installation. Whilst installing the program you'll need the following information to hand to ensure the successful registration of your trial business:

• Your business name
• Name of the main contact
  
• Business address, telephone & fax number
  
• E-mail address

Your trial of Microshop-online begins when you install the software and runs for 30 days. During that trial period we'll send you a couple of e-mails providing you with new information on the software, hints and tips as well as telling you how much time you have left before the trial software times out.

The Microshop-online website contains FAQ files that you might wish to take a look at should you have any questions during your trial period.

We also operate a Microshop-online telephone support line between 9:00am and 5:00pm, GMT, Monday to Friday. +44 (0)1778 382100. Alternatively you can e-mail your queries to support@microshop-online.com. Please note that you are limited to three support queries during your trial period.
